Bomaderry Creek…
by Rodney Campbell on May.07, 2011, under Life, Photography
My daughters and I with cameras in hand went for some walks along the bushwalking trails that follow Bomaderry creek (near Nowra on the NSW South Coast). It is a very beautiful area and well worth the time to walk there (very good walking trails exist) and my girls loved the exploring – we were also lucky to have some water flowing there which enabled me to take some longish exposures for the water.

The large mossy covered rounded boulders in the creek were really very interesting

The Friends of Bomaderry Creek have commenced developing a web site about the Bomaderry Creek Bushland (very amateurish at this stage, but we are receiving some professional advice and have a large amount of resource material to make use of).
While looking at other Bomaderry Creek sites on the web your blog came up with these fantastic creek shots. I really appreciate your other work – it’s really first class art.
You’ll see from our web site that we are trying to develop a greater appreciation of the Bushland by the community through a number of methods including the web site, a walking track book and leaflet (both available) and an art/photographic competition.
We are a bit short on for good creek shots and would like to know if you would be willing to make available some of your photos for placement on our web site (with full acknowledgement of course and for a fee if you so wish).
You may also wish to take part in the competition (details on the web site).
Looking forward to your response.
