Building Blocks…

Two sweet panoramas in the bag it was time to move down to the point of land at the end of Illoura Reserve where there’s a number of very large sandstone building blocks scattered about.
One of those blocks out in the water was all I had to use as a little foreground interest so I composed to try and use it as best I could.

The image above is a natural long exposure towards the end of twilight.
Those clouds in the sky which were stationary earlier were now moving nicely in the sky so fifteen minutes later I’m using the Lee LittleStopper to drag the shutter for a more dreamy long exposure.
