We’d arrived in Rome on a cold and rainy morning, which was a bit of a shock coming from warm and dry Santorini !

We were staying near Roma Termini (Rome’s central train station) as we weren’t staying in Rome for long

This church was on my Google Maps saved destinations shortlist from our previous trip to Rome seven years ago. We hadn’t gone there then, so as it was really close to our accomodation we braved the rain to visit

The level of “bling” in this church was up there
