We were staying a few days at my uncles place in rural Western Australia

One day we went for a drive to some nearby local areas I’d spotted on Google Maps. They looked like they might make for some interesting top down aerial imagery

This dried salt baked on the hard earth certainly made for an interesting canvas

I spotted this on Google Maps as we were driving towards our eventual destination for the day

Is that a huge fried egg in the middle of farmland – surely not… But once we’d stopped beside the road on the way past and I’d flown up… there it was, and indeed it did look like a fried egg amongst the paddocks
