Verticies
One of the few – perhaps the only – image I’ve published taken on my mobile phone 🙂
The Singapore Apple store is a sight to see. It’s completely circular with a domed top and it sits out in the waters of Marina Bay. One of the ways to access the store is to come in via an underground tunnel from the shopping centre and then up this escalator into the middle of the store
Singapore from the MBS

Singapore from the MBS
Gardens and Bay from MBS
This is the view from the public viewing area (level 55) on the top of the Marina Bay Sands. The first looking on the city side around to the Singapore Flyer. The second is from the flyer looking out to sea and across Gardens by the Bay
From up here you can see the enormous number of container ships just out to see waiting to come into port. Alas you can also see the heavy haze on the horizon (even after taking some steps to dehaze the images in post)
Note: These photographs (especially the wider shots) look much better when larger. To see larger versions in an inline overlay slideshow gallery viewer click any of the images.
Supertree Grove

Supertree Grove
The Supertree Grove relatively early in the morning (before most things open in Singapore ~ 10:40AM). A seven (7) frame handheld stitched panorama with the extremely versatile 24-120/4

Surfboard

Surfboard
The famous surfboard (the public viewing deck end of the Marina Bay Sands). We’d checked in today for a stay here. Our room would end up being way up there just on the left
When booking I’d booked a room on the upper floors on the Gardens by the Bay side. The city side has a good view of the city but has fixed windows. This side you get an open balcony with large double sliding doors for access… and I wanted to be able to photograph so… 🙂
